As strangely excited/horrified as it makes me to think I don’t have to brush my teeth in the morning(!) that is clearly bad advice!

Not true, Chad. I’ve had friends who brush too often and thus have had their gums recede. Yes, it is as gross as it sounds.

I brush in the morning after breakfast, and at night if i’m going to be up in someone’s face. Been doing it since the 9th grade, and my teeth are perfect. And I haven’t been to the dentist in about 15 years.
